This weeks meal plan is focusing on slow cooker Paleo recipes. There are days I feel like I could just kiss whomever invented the crock pot because not only is it the perfect tool for creating delicious easy meals, but it’s the best way to break down the proteins in meat and make it easier for you to digest.
There will be left overs which will make awesome lunches for Mr. Bejelly, the Little and I. I wanted to offer seven different dinner ideas to get you through the week. If you love the look of a slow cooker dinner but want to cut the number of servings here’s a site where you can plug in a recipe to reduce it.
Meal Plan Week 24
Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apple. I am sure there are a million versions of this but this is how I make this meal. Mr. Bejelly loves to eat this with a fried egg on top with a bit of sharp cheddar.
- 3 -4 Pork Chops
- 1 Jar of Bubbies Sauerkraut
- 1 Chopped Apple
- Throw everything in a crock pot for 8 hours and enjoy!
