I’ve talked and talked about intermittent fasting in the past and I’m finally ready to start implementing it into my diet. I’m down to nursing the Little once a day so I figure that one 24 hour fast once a week should not affect anything. I’m going to be following Brad Pilon’s intermittent fasting method. It’s what I followed pre-pregnancy and I saw some really amazing weight loss, not to mention that it helped me distinguish better real hunger and bored eating.

Ok, that was hard, purposely showing my belly but I know I had to do it. I’m happy that I’m just fitting into jeans that I haven’t been able to squeeze into for the past 8 years.
