So intermittent fasting once a week for 24 hours is really working out for me. The headaches I had last week are gone and I didn’t feel any real hunger until the 23 hour mark. Some things that I do before my fast is load up on fatty foods – i.e. curry or just a truck load of butter on my veggies. There are some really fantastic benefits that come along with fasting that make it more than just a method to help lose weight.

- Decreases risk of degenerative diseases from aging – (cancer, Alzheimer, diabetes)
- Improves brain health

Exercise has sucked. Maybe 2 walks this whole week. We just got our Burley Encore in the mail today so next week I’m going to share a mountain biking video. I know that I’ll get in at least one ride a week for the rest of the summer so that’s nice. Mr. Bejelly will be one pulling the trailer (which weights 33 lbs) but I’m hoping I can get dibs on pulling the Little around in it by the end of summer.
