When I was growing up, I’m pretty sure my mom thought that cereal was a food group.  Fruity Pebbles, Coco Puffs, Captain Crunch and Pops where my absolute favorite things to eat and my mom kept the pantry stocked.    One of the things I’ve learned as I make my journey on the Paleo diet is that food memories are powerful.  While I choose to no longer eat grains for my health, I still want the simplicity and delight of a nice bowl of cereal every now and then.    Here are some amazing Paleo cereals that I’ve found that will help do the trick.

Emily, I have not been able to finish whole30 because I love dairy too much. I know there is a lot of support on their forum. I’m going to try the 21 day sugar detox next month as we’ll be moved into our new house and I won’t have the stress of the sell/purchase and move to deal with.

The tropical cereal sounds like something I’d enjoy. I guess I always just thought of cereals as grains – never thought that anything in a bowl with milk would be considered cereal :)

Would have preferred a paleo captain crunch or paleo cheerios recipe!
    Pretty pretty please???
