Did you see the article that declared the Whole 30 Diet was an “extremist caveman plan” and considered one of the worst diets of 2013? I read it and thought, wow, they are going to get so many new people next year who want to change their health, and will try the challenge because of this article. Yes, the truth is that anytime you challenge the conventional norm you will get haters. Haters gotta hate and talk, talk, talk and hopefully, those open enough to the science behind the diet, will try it. You know I’ve never tackled the Whole 30 and probably will never. But I know so many people who have completed it and have healed from health issues they did not know could be healed from changing their diet.
